Austral Bricks: Machine vision
Machine vision

Catching brick defects before they ship.

Austral Bricks needed to catch defective bricks without slowing the line. We deployed Nfinite machine vision over the existing conveyor: every brick is scored against spec as it passes, and faults are flagged in milliseconds. Less faulty product makes it downstream, rework drops, and more good brick goes out the door.

Scrap Significantly reduced
Inspection At full line speed
Install Retrofit, no rip-and-replace

CSR: PLC integration, Reporting
PLC integrationReporting

Modern reporting on top of legacy PLCs.

CSR's plant ran on PLCs that predate the cloud. Rather than replace them, we connected to them directly reading the signals the floor already produces and turning them into a clean, queryable stream. On top, a modern reporting layer and an API so other systems can finally use that data.

Integration Direct to legacy PLCs
Reporting Modern & live

Software developmentReporting

EnergyDash: a live reporting platform we built and run.

EnergyDash is our own software, end to end: data pipelines, backend, and a live dashboard front end. It's proof of what we build beyond the floor full-stack software, in production today. See it in the wild at energydash.com.au.
