Privacy policy.

How Nfinite Pty Ltd handles the personal information you give us through this website. Last updated 7 November 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Nfinite Pty Ltd (ABN 78 658 388 026), an Australian company registered in New South Wales ("Nfinite", "we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, and anything else you choose to give us: company, phone number, the area you're interested in and your message.
  • Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever is in your message.
  • Website usage. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and uses cookies to do so. It does not tell us who you are.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, discuss and deliver work you ask us about, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use analytics to improve the website. We don't sell personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle email:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, content delivery and security.
  • Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google, for Google Analytics.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what they need to provide their service. We don't otherwise disclose your personal information unless the law requires it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our business records.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
